2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days.
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (available for select locations).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: AED XX (Free shipping for orders above AED XX).
  • Express Shipping: AED XX (Additional charges apply).
  • Delivery charges may vary based on the customer's location and order weight.

5. Shipment Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
  • Customers can track their shipment through the courier company's website or by contacting our support team.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select locations with an additional fee of AED XX.
  • Customers must ensure correct delivery details to avoid delays.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery.
  • After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage.
  • Lost shipments will be investigated with the courier. Refunds or replacements will be issued based on the outcome.

9. International Shipping
